Local Safeguarding Children Board

The Blackburn with Darwen Local Safeguarding Children Board (LSCB) has a major role to play in ensuring that children and young people are kept safe and that all agencies do what they can to promote their welfare. The Board is committed to keeping them safe by co-ordinating the activities of the agencies whose job it is to safeguard children and young people. The Board also works hard to ensure these activities are effective and have a positive impact on the lives of our children and young people. Visit www.lscb.org.uk for more information and safeguarding polices and procedures.
