As part of the ongoing review of clinical policies for all the Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) in Lancashire and South Cumbria, we are now seeking feedback on the revised clinical policy for assisted conception services.
We are now seeking views and comments from patients, the public and other stakeholders. This consultation is for a period of 12 weeks.
The proposed policy can be found below. You are invited to read the revised clinical policy before giving your feedback. You can click on the link below to complete a survey and give your views.
To help you there is also a Level of Change document that identifies what has been changed in the updated policy compared to the current assisted conception policy for your CCG. The changes to current policies differ across the CCG areas.
There is also a Frequently Asked Questions document that may answer any queries you have about the process or about the proposed policy.
Your comments will be fed back to the CCG as part of the development process.
Open forum events are also being organised and you will have the opportunity to attend one of these. The date and location of this CCGs open forum events will be posted on the website in due course. You may also have the opportunity to attend smaller more focused sessions.
Attendance at groups and forums will also be taking place but if you are a member of a group or forum which would like to discuss the proposed policy in more detail please email email@example.com to get in touch. Individuals who may wish to comment or ask questions in addition to or before completing the survey can also use this email.
Comments on this policy should be submitted by Friday 6 April 2018.
