NHS Blackburn with Darwen Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is inviting members of the public to attend its AGM and Governing Body meeting on Wednesday, September 7th.
The CCG’s Governing Body meetings are held every two months in public. Anyone with an interest in local health issues is welcome to come along and listen to members discussing the work of NHS Blackburn with Darwen CCG and what they do on your behalf.
The CCG has a duty to hold an AGM every year by the end of September and officially publish its Annual Report and Financial Statements.
Half an hour will be available before the start of the meeting for any questions or statements submitted by members of the public who either live or are registered with a GP within the Borough of Blackburn with Darwen.
If you would like to ask a question, then you need to notify Pauline Milligan by telephone on 01254 282118 or email firstname.lastname@example.org, no later than 5pm on Monday.
You must provide your name and address and details of the question or statement you would like to submit. If you do not live in the borough, but are registered with a GP in the area you need to give your GP’s address, as well as declaring if you have any financial interest in the subject of the question.
